By accessing or using AnswerMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
AnswerMap is an AI brand visibility tracking platform designed for marketing agencies. The Service automatically queries large language models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini with prompts relevant to your clients' brands and industries, then analyzes the responses for brand mentions, sentiment, competitive share of voice, and visibility trends.

AnswerMap does not guarantee any specific visibility outcomes, search rankings, or commercial results for the brands you track. LLM responses are probabilistic and can change without notice based on the underlying models' training and behavior.
To use the Service, you must create an agency account by providing a valid agency name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

AnswerMap reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
Free Trial. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to their selected plan. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Subscription Plans. AnswerMap offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Billing Cycle. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, beginning on the date your paid subscription starts. All fees are charged in USD.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing billing@answermap.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
Refunds. All payments are final. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or client brands removed mid-cycle. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact billing@answermap.co within 14 days of the charge.
Failed Payments. If payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. After 7 days of failed payment, your account will be suspended and data may be archived. We will provide notice before any data deletion.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of all client brand data, report outputs, and configurations you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant AnswerMap a limited license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have the right to submit any brand data, competitor names, and other information you enter into the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination without refund.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AnswerMap does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that LLM query results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnswerMap's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AnswerMap in the 3 months preceding the claim.
In no event shall AnswerMap be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of clients, or reputational harm, even if AnswerMap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@answermap.co or canceling through your account settings. Upon termination at the end of your billing period, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
AnswerMap may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we determine termination is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive termination of these Terms.
